I-HPS works with home health care nurses to screen for symptoms of mood, thought, anxiety, and neurocognitive disorders. We then develop a treatment plan that can include therapy and or medication management based on the patients needs and goals. This helps the patient have relief from mental and emotional distress thus shortening recovery time.
