California Telepsychiatry and Medication Management
In-Home Psychiatric Services provides patient-centered psychiatric care through an experienced team that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and advanced practice psychiatric pharmacists. We care for adolescents age 13 and older, adults, and older adults throughout California using secure telehealth.
Treatment is grounded in evidence-informed prescribing, measurement-based care, medication monitoring, and collaborative decision-making. When appropriate, we coordinate with a patient’s therapist, primary care clinician, specialist, caregiver, residential program, or other members of the treatment team.
With a focus on accessibility and quality, our team strives to bring mental health care directly to those who need it most. Together, we are here to support your journey toward improved well-being and a healthier future.
Psychiatric Care Guided by Clinical Evidence
Our outpatient psychiatric services include comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing monitoring. We use validated symptom measures when clinically appropriate to track progress and help guide treatment decisions over time.
Pharmacogenomic testing may also be considered for selected patients. This DNA-based information can help clinicians understand how certain genetic differences may affect the metabolism or tolerability of some medications. Results are interpreted together with symptoms, medical history, prior treatment response, laboratory findings, potential drug interactions, and patient preferences—they do not guarantee that a particular medication will work.
We collaborate with physicians, therapists, hospitals, residential programs, home health agencies, and caregivers to support coordinated psychiatric care and transitions between levels of treatment.
